Did your mom borrow your car recently?

All engines that are running make a type of "vibration noise". All wheels that are turning and running over a textured surface make a "vibration noise". It's unavoidable, therefore you need to describe exactly what sort of "vibration noise" it is, where it is coming from, and the circumstances under which it happens. If you can't do that, we can't help you.

Without hearing it it's impossible to say, and you haven't provided any detail at all.  Making guesses would be pointless.
