If everyone in UK is equal, why do Hindus or Sikhs not have to wear a crash helmet on a notorbike?

Riding motorcycles without a helmet is deadly.

Nobody is 'gaining' anything by being exempt from wearing a helmet.

It's a source of constant amazement that seemingly sensible people are absolute cretins.
