what is causing pressure on lower stomach?

For the past week, I’ve noticed that there is a small pressure on the right side of my lower stomach and it stops on the top of my vulva, and it’s a little bit above my lower stomach. It doesn’t hurt at all, it’s just very uncomfortable. What could it be?
