fever vs hyperthermia which one is worst?

hyperthermia is a bit uncomfortable because you need to take cold shower to get you temperature down. Fever is something very good. Your immune system is working and helps you to get better soon. Don't take antipyretics.

Do you mean hypothermia or hypothermia?  Both c an be worse than a simple fever

Fever is being too hot hypothermia is suffering from exposure to very cold weather for long periods of time. 

Personally I would rather have a fever then hypothermia. Hypothermia can cause you to lose fingers or toes if they're too frozen.
