If you get Covid-19 once do you have an antibody that stops you from getting it again?

If you have covid, you develop antibodies that keep you from acquiring the virus again for a period of time.
For most people who have had covid, the antibodies decrease to a non-protection level by 4 months. Some people have longer antibody periods, some have shorter.
The vaccine creates antibodies and these decrease just like with naturally antibodies. The information that was released last week is showing the antibodies from the vaccine decrease at a slightly slower rate.

No. Viruses mutate so they can proliferate. As do all living creatures. That's why there's a new flu/flus every year.

For a time, but it doesn't give the breadth or length of protection that the vaccine will. So what that means is one who has had COVID-19 still needs to follow all the social distancing protocols and still needs to get vaccinated.
