Will the results be positive?
I’m adopted, and I’ve never met my biological mom, I also have a feeling she is already dead ..
But what if my biological mom‘s SISTER
PRETENDS to be HER, and tries to CLAIM me as her own daughter, will the Maternity and DNA TEST RESULT come positive?

Unless it's your mother's identical twin sister, it won't fly.
You share 23 chromosomes with your biological parent, and around 23 with a normal sibling.
you would share only like 10-13 with your parent's sibling

The DNA test shouldn't be just "positive" or "negative". There should be several points of matching (or not matching), several dozen markers. And while you would match your mother about 50%, you would match your aunt only about 25%.

Do you have any particular reason for bring up these things? They are very (VERY!) strange, practically unheard of.
