East Carolina University QB Documentary?

Question

So a while back I watched a documentary about a high school football quarterback trying to make a D-1 roster. I’m pretty sure he played high school in New England somewhere, moved to the west coast and eventually signed with ECU. Does anybody remember this documentary or where I can find it?
