How to get rid of an unhealthy obsession with two bad guys ?

Question

I am obsessed about reading about Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold. My mind is rather vulnerable, just imagine that some sports make me feel stomachache due to anxiety. I keep reading and it drives me even further into their minds. I reprehensibly condemn their actions but I feel attracted toward their suffering on Earth which equals mine.

Do you think you're a victim of the world? We all suffer in life. Just read better things and stop wasting time on losers.
