What to Do About Internet Access that got Weaker or Further away from where you used it before?

the perimeter of my internet has moved further away to the corners of the home and the steps and outside of the home. Why is that? And how can it be fixed?

That's normal. Wi-Fi is a radio-frequency and the further you are from the router, the weaker the signal gets which can lead to poor performance.

The best solution would be to run an ethernet cable to where ever you need more   Wi-Fi coverage and install a Wi-Fi access point. If you can't do that, you may want to consider using powerline network adapters or a Wi-Fi mesh network setup.

Not sure I understand, but you can easily add a wifi extender, or even another Wifi Router to mount in your home network.
