Why won't the screws screw into the base of my new TV?

Question

The TV has two ''feet'' for stands and the screws barely screw in at all. Have I been given the wrong screws?

Errors are plentiful.    

If necessary, get in-person help from someone more capable.

No dont think they'd be wrong size screws. Its probaly cause the tv is new and the feet of it is gonna be tougher to put in the screws. Over time it wont be any issue
