Why does the school system not teach kids about the politics of other countries and inform they on how their government systems work?

Because they barely teach how our own govt works and they cherry pick what’s learned instead of teaching it all. Knowledge is power and having a “woke” population isn’t good for a corrupt govt that counts on voters who never really know what they vote for.

The powers that be don't want kids to demand a multi-party democracy

They do, or at least they did when I was in school. We learned mostly about our own, but you can't really discuss that without discussing the other ones around the world.
