My current gf doesn't let me see my baby from my previous relationship and threatens to leave me 

She accuses me of going back to my ex

Is this control 

she's made me block contact to the mother of my child

Let her leave. As a parent, you have every right to see your child. Get it out of your life. Why are you allowing her to blackmail you?  Let her leave if you are smart.
