Two winters ago, I noticed the same insects in my home. They seem harmless and I was told they are "stink bugs" because they have an odor when squished or frightened. So, I don't squish them. I scoop them up in a tissue and shake them out of the tissue outdoors. Funny thing...I never see the babies, just the adults.

I typically use Home Defense in the Spring and Fall...but failed to do so in the past 2 years. I will not forget this spring though! Home Defense is a great insect product, look it up.

It’s a western conifer seed bug. It’s a nuisance bug that overwinters in houses. They’re harmless and slow moving but are quite loud when they fly.

Technical name ...don't know..... But they are a stink bug.

They kind of appear out of nowhere and move really slow.

If you swat them you will get an unpleasant  odor.I
