George Floyd vs Derek Chauvin -- Chauvin was in the wrong.

Michael Brown vs Darren Wilson -- Brown was wrong, Darren Wilson was justified in shooting him.

Eric Gardner vs Daniel Pantaleo --- Shared blame

(Gardner was wrong to resist arrest.  the Officer was wrong to maintain that choke hold.)

George Zimmerman vs Trayvon Martin: Shared Blame

(Zimmerman was wrong to follow him, after police told him not to follow him....

Martin was wrong to attack him as we saw Zimmerman had a broken nose, perhaps Zimmerman was justified in defending himself at that point.)

I don't agree that the Trayvon Martin case should even be included in lists pertaining to death by cop as George Zimmerman wasn't a sworn peace officer and wasn't acting under color of any authority except that which he gave himself (because as we now know he's a nut).

All these names run together for me. All were removed from this planet too early. However, if you’re a known convicted felon, resisting arrest death is definitely a real possibility. What’s not covered in the media is in the last few years the same # of whites as blacks have died resisting.
