how many calories would you have to consume to lose weight? ?

I tried 1200 and it did not work

    If you're comfortable with it just try making your portions smaller instead of counting calories. That can really be draining to live your life like that and if you get too hungry you'll end up overdoing it with food. You also wont care about if what you eat is healthy because you'll be too hungry to care.

    Losing weight is a quite complex and comprehensive issue, and multiple points (exercising, calory calculations, drinking enough water, etc.) have to be considered to look great and stay healthy.     not the amount of calories you consume it's the amount of calories you burn doing exercises, look it up as it says you need to burn off 3,500 calories to lose just one pound of weight

    To lose weight you need to burn more calories than you consume. So it isn't just a matter of fasting. You need to exercise to burn those calories.
