Am I selfish here? ?

Question

I told my friend I consider a guys location when I’m deciding whether to date him cause I hate taking 2 buses and a subway and walking 20 minutes every time I want to see my boyfriend.

My friend said I was extremely superficial for basing my romantic choices on a guy’s location - it should be based purely on their career and attractiveness and personality.
