If I’m watching the movies, how will I know the difference between an orc and goblin? Uruk-hai are easier to tell apart from me, but goblins and orcs...

Orcs and Goblins are pretty much the same, but Goblins will pretty much be all the really short guys. Orcs range from short to almost human height, and Uruks are human height or bigger. The picture, whilst confusing, also explains how they work.
