What could get rid of bloating?

Drink water, eat foods with fiber, and stay away from carbonated drinks, drinks with caffeine, foods with lots of salt, starch, and sugar, and also some light exercise may help "loosen" you up.
Fibrous foods include bananas, raspberries, pumpkin, whole grains, beans, broccoli, cauliflower, and dark greens. This may help unblock you and let it all go. But water will help a good amount, too.
Salty foods will make you retain water and make things worse, and carbonated drinks will just make you feel fuller and more bloated.
