Newcastle eagles. I know Basketball doesn't have a massive following in the UK comparable to football, however teams like the Eagles do deserve a lot of credit for how they go about getting new fans. I'd rather take my 4 year old nephew to the basketball than the football. From the moment you walk in its designed to get kids interested and keep them interested.

From little things like the three throws kids can do, the cheap and accessible merch. The competitions they have at each break in play. It's superb. Family tickets are set at accessible prices. That's how you build a sport. Attract parents with kids to live games, keep the kids entertained enough that they want to go back. You'll get fans for life.
