With all the National Guardsmen in DC now. Is North Korea, China & Russia looking at us going "ah yesss, the plan to crumble the United States from within is going just as planned."

China and Russia know there are easier, non-violent ways to crumble the US from "within". North Korea/Kim is obsessed with nuclear weapons. I suspect the reason might be (at least in part) that obliterating his enemies appeals to him, and that North Korea doesn't have an extensive handle on cyber warfare. Russia and China both have the knowledge and ability to do the US huge damage via cyber attacks. Russia has already proven this, and China is certainly a threat.
