      F(-)  +  H2O  <-->  HF  +  OH-

     . . . Need Ka for HF  and Kw

      use those with ...  pH = 7.00 >>>  [H+] = 1x10^-7M

    b.  use with  pH = 2.00 >>> [H+] = 1x10^-2 M
