ICU RN PT RATIO WAIVER CALIFORNIA?

For  SoCal. Has anyone here have 6 icu patients for 1 ICU RN and an extender help (might none or with 1 per RN) ? Im just wondering if there is a waiver about this. Last time I check the waiver is 3 icu patients increase per RN. My normal for my two weeks now is minimum of 5 patients and max at 6 patients at night shift.🥺

Why don't you ask your charge nurse or union, so you can get legitimate answers on your area's current protocol
