When you have to leave the room for any reason

Before and after cooking and before and after eating as well as doing the dishes and after handling garbage if your taking out the trash as well.

Wash your hands before leaving you house. Purchase name-brand solution to sanitize your hands. Do as I do and purchase disposal gloves from Amazon, or buy small box of gloves in supermarket pharmacy. I wear new gloves as I leave my house every day and keep them on until I finish my day and remove them.
