Should I lose weight?

I'm 20 years old, 6'1, 168 pounds, and around 35" at the waist. I'm a guy btw, recently put on some weight in lockdown and wondering if I should lose it.

    No. You aren't overweight. You may be "over fat."  I'd focus less on your weight and more on your body composition, diet, and exercise.  If you improve your diet and increase your exercise, you may find that you'll drop some of the new fat and replace it with muscle mass.

    Quit drinking so much booze. The pounds will disappear. Get off that chair and get active. Walk a mile every day.
