What does "My mixed emotion at my thoughtlessness" mean?

This phrase is part of 'Woman' made by John Lennon.  Does this mean he has mixed feelings about the fact that he is a thoughtless person?

Yes, that's what it means. Keep in mind that songs often use things that aren't grammatical- they fit the rhythm of the song.

It must mean his emotion covers a spectrum from pro to con and, possibly, apathy.
