slight discomfort urethra when i pee?

I have slight discomfort when i pee .( Is not painful ) but weird feeling discomfort in my tip of my penis inside , ( urethra ).  but I do not have discharge, no pains or anything like that. It is tender/sore at the tip of my penis when I massage it, then when I pee, it burns.  My last unprotected sex to a girl was 2 weeks ago .

No discharge, no rashes, no wounds, no swelling, just sensitive, almost like it itches inside my penis, and it burns when I pee.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
