VA disability medical appointment ?

I filed my claim about two months ago and found a job after but i had to leave my job about a month after because it was bothering the disabilities that i claimed.

Will mentioning that I'm bothered by my claimed disabilities at work that i had to leave affect my claim positively or negatively?
