Last year my sgpt for my liver was 61 and everything else was normal. 3 years ago my sgpt was normal. So why was it high last year? I’m 22?

    Because you think sugar is a food.   You keep consuming added sugars andwhiteflourproducts and your liver is getting more and more dysfunctional. 

    What's next depends on your weakest organ.

    Pancreas?  Diabetes II. 

    CV system?  Heart disease. 

    Ovaries? PCOS

    Thyroid? Hypothyroidism. 

    You can change this fate simply by eating only whole foods and drinking only water, unsweetened teas and unflavored milk. 

    Yes, the above list is mostly preventable.
