Depending on how gentle your partner was you might feel slightly sore afterwards. But that goes away in a few days and it's not like even a doctor could tell for certain if you're a virgin or not because not all girls are born with a hymen and even amongst those who are this is often ruptured in childhood by sports, bike riding, etc. This is why so called "virginity tests" are absurd.
