Sudden squeezing on my heart that lasted a couple seconds?

This happened back on the night of November 21, but I still have no idea what it could be, I was just watching a YouTube video and suddenly I felt this intense-ish squeezing on my heart, didn't last long but it sent me into a panic attack thinking I was having a heart attack, I'm 17 and healthy with no known heart problems, what could this have been?  A super weird kind of palpitation?

Relax kid it just the muscles on your chest tight up due to lack of movement for while.
