At this point in history we don't have the technology to build anything that would allow humans to live on another planet but if the technology exists I'm sure they can make a domed planet where we could exist

Yes humans can live in other planets it the planets is in the goldilock zone,air,oxygen and water are in the planet.

only with the proper equipment that support use. such as water , food , air and shelter .

there may be millions of liveable planets, but there's no way of finding them, let alone travel to them

If you call that living. Until we find another planet with useable water and air, or invent the technology to convert one, we have to bring our own environment with us and live in sealed bubbles. For the rest of your human life.

Sure but we need to learn how to transform planets first.
I guess if there’s a planet that has a lot of carbon dioxide and it’s not too hot, we can start planting trees to convert the carbon dioxide to oxygen.
