How do doctors reattach body parts?

It amazes me that people can have their fingers, limbs, and organs cut out and then reattached back.

How do they do it?

Aren’t nerves and veins super small?

What do they use to glue it back?

some doctors use stitches to close wounds and though they are not actually gluing them together the body will repair itself if the 2 parts are close together because cells can work together and repair blood vessels and nerves although sometimes they cant and the body can be paralyzed.
