If melt butter and mix it in oil, how long will it last at room temperature?

As long as the butter would have lasted by itself.

Individually butter lasts days in hard form and oil lasts indefinitely in liquid form but who knows what happens with butter after you melt it.

Why would you do this anyways?

Until it turns rancid - way too many variables (percentages of butter to oil, type of oil, room temperature etc). Butter can be left at 'room' temp below 70f for 2-3 days easy probably longer before it will go rancid. Keep the mixture in the fridge and it will last indefinitely.
