OK, here's my top 20 steam list in terms of time spent:

1 -  Borderlands 2

2 -  Baldur's Gate

3 -  Baldur's Gate 2 (I'm a tragic for these games, I grew up with 2nd edition D&D)

4 -  The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (it's such a long game)

5 -  Civilization V

6 -  Farcry 3

7 -  Bioshock

8 -  Batman Arkham Asylum

9 -  The Forest

10 - Shadow Warrior

So, yeah, a lot of adventure games there. I love every one of those games... I have played an obscene amount of Borderlands 2. Well, realistically, I thought Witcher 1 and 2 were OK, not amazing, but I have been making myself plow through them to get to Witcher 3. I think I'll just stop trying to finish Witcher 2 and jump into 3 anyway.

Would love to try Dark Souls, but for some reason the first one is always like over $50, and never goes on sale.
