I am so frustrated trying to solve error-1722! - I copied and pasted every command, and let them run their course -did not solve my problem?

Question

I still get an error 1722 & 1603 - INSTALLER DID NOT FINISH..    msiexec.exe and restore health and ect..    did not work..  tried it 3-4 times?

did you look at the install log? what is the program?
