How to tell my dad I'm hungry?

Question

Today during lunch,i wasn't hungry and my dad gave me my lunch but I told him I wasn't hungry,he ignored it.So I threw the food outside through the window,my dad saw and got mad and told me that he will not give me dinner,it's soon dinner and I'm sure he will not give me anything to eat but I'm extremely hungry.

You deserve to be hungry. Throwing food out a window is childish and rude. Grow up. Maybe by breakfast time you'll be hungry enough to eat what you're given.
