Pregnancy & Alcohol?

Hi.

I am 4 weeks pregnant. I had one glass of champagne on New Years when I was trying to get pregnant. I used a pregnancy test the day of which was negative which is why I had the one glass. This was before I found out I was pregnant. Today. I was around drunk people & smelled a lot of alcohol. I also wiped an alcohol spill & it touched my skin so I’m worried it’s going to harm my baby. It’s my first pregnancy so I am extra paranoid.

One glass of champagne will not harm the baby and neither will alcohol touching your skin. Of course stay away from alcohol now that you know you’re pregnant. But your baby will be fine
