Yes!! He could, but he won't. Reason; The USA Declared its Independence from the UK in 1776.
H.M. Queen Elizabeth(II) will probably invite him and Mrs(Dr) Biden) to the UK for either a formal state visit or a private visit.

No because that's the realm of Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings and other fantasies.
We live in reality.

I can't imagine a scenario where that would happen. If there was a Marxist revolution over here, I would expect the US to invade or stage a coup, and if that happened we'd become a territory of the US but not a state. Rudyard Kipling considered the situation of a union between the UK and the US, and the problem is that our population is too large to incorporate without it completely changing the makeup of the legislature. That would sort of make us like Puerto Rico writ large, and of course that has no monarch, just the President, so we'd just have a President.

You mean if he were another person entirely and WANTED to invade the UK? No, he couldn't. And no, he couldn't become king. What an awesomely idiotic question though.

He’d first need a valid reason to revoke all treaties of alliance before attempting to go to war with The UK.
He’d also have to go to war with every other Commonwealth Realm that the US is currently allied with as well.

Anything is possible but it’s incredibly unlikely. Even if it did happen he’d be our President not King. He’d still have to work within the US constitution. The U.K. would become another state in the union.

He's planning to invade Ethiopia first. If he does well there, maybe he will try the UK. Sounds like something he would do.
