Yes, they do have sweat glands. They mainly have apocrine sweat glands rather than eccrine sweat glands. Apocrine sweat glands play a more important role in lowering their body temperature than they do in humans.

Most mammals have very few sweat glands because their body is covered by fur and fur makes sweating inefficient. Pigs are no exception. Dogs in fact lose body heat by panting, not sweating.
