Its often hard to find exact info for stuff like that on streaming services, they don't always release their veiwership numbers to the public. According to some article I found, the most watched show in 2019 was the grand tour, a car show from the hosts of top gear. Also amazon sometimes puts out lists of their top most popular shows each month, and often one of their originals like the boys or bosch will be at the top.
