Why did they ask me to certify again?

I certified for unemployment benefits for the last two weeks at the beginning of this week. Five days later, they said I had weeks available to certify but they were the same two weeks that I already certified. Why did they send it to me again?

Either on your side or on theirs.

Certify again, this time making sure you get the end successful screen.

cause maybe it wasn't done correctly or you forgot to submit it
