Here's what you do. You open your mouth and someone sticks a cotton bud in and routes about a bit, then they stick it up your nose, or vice versa, then they say you passed and you got it 100%, so well done. Then as a reward you get stuck with a needle, and it makes no difference because you might still pass the answers on to someone else, so you've got to wear a mask because you're ugly.
