Left-wingers, there is a fashion for blacks playing historical English people on tv so why none playing Russians in the The Great tv series?

Update:

Ludwig, what is wrong?

Update 2:

I get the feeling Bro Jest is a left-wing American who wondered onto this question and shot itself in the foot by trying to say all Russians are meant to be white

It is a disgusting phenomena. Quite a few say.' Oh, it is only fiction.,It doesn't matter', but it does. For the vast majority their only contact with their own history is the box in the corner. If they see this cr@p they think it is accurate. What it is a attempt by the woke far-left to give blacks a history they do not have. It needs to be called out whenever it happens.

    You know the rules.

White people pretending to be black ( blacking up) , is a serious racist offence and must be punished by ruining your career as an actor.

Black people playing people or characters that are white, but rewriting the sort it history , is essential to make us aware of the journey black people have had to endure in the white world and if you object or merely point out the absurdity or double standards you are a complete racist and should burn in hell.

Oh and we can call you a gammon but that’s not derogatory at all.

Wrong.  There are black actors playing Russians.  Lenny Henry wore drag for his masterful performance as 'Hélène Kuragina' in the BBC adaptation of 'War and Peace'.

No idea. Maybe you should email the producer instead of asking us?

The BBC are usually complicit in changing historical adaptions to please these liberal snowflakes and appease the black community such as in a Christmas Carol that saw a black Mrs Cratchet with her half caste kids.

I bet Charles Dickins is turning over in his grave.
