I want to get a 13" mac laptop with touch screen capabilities. I don't want to spend money on the newest one. ?

Which is the oldest mac available with touchscreen capabilities that is 13" is their such a thing?

Apple has never made any computer with a touchscreen. If I'm not mistaken, most of their modern laptops (from about 5 years ago) have a "Touch Bar" which is essentially a thin touch screen on the top of the keyboard, but no computer has an actual touch screen in the main screen.
