Its inside my nose seems to be a cluster bleeds pretty easily if I mess with it and I have a smaller version on other side

That sounds like you are referring to your Nasal Vestibule bodies.  They can get irritated by plucking hairs and also get Staph infections quite easily. The various Turbinates higher up can also become irritated.

It is probably an irritation from dry air. If you live in a low humidity environment, that happens often. Try buying a bottle of saline mist and use it a few times a day.That usually gets rid of the irritation.
