They were desperate attempts to remove him from office because they are scared of him.

He was never tried by the Senate. So, no.

Republican traitors felt Party Before Country, like they always do.

The Republicans in the senate felt that way, but that doesn't mean anything.

All articles of impeachment passed at that time, not all charges for all time. This is a new article of impeachment. Is it really that hard to understand?

An impeachment is a political process.  It does not require a law be  broken.  Take a look at Article 10 of the Andrew Johnson impeachment.  Basically charging him with insulting and demeaning Congress.

No.  The cowardly Republicans in the Senate refused to even conduct a proper trial because they were afraid of the rabid Trump base.

If justice had been served, Trump would have been convicted and removed from office.

The consequences of the failure of the Senate to fulfill its duties and responsibilities to the American people are what we have experienced since then.

The first impeachment was the dumbest thing I've ever seen.... there was not a single law broken listed in the articles of impeachment.

It was purely political theater and cost Pelosi House seats.

You should use the verb tense *feel* not *felt* in this sentence structure. Once you learn basic English you can move on to civics.

Most people understand that trump instilled fear in republicans. The threat of political ruin from disagreeing with the POTUS was always there.

They voted against conviction because they were scared. Period.
