My son had cancer at 39
and there no one in the family who had cancer
But my son had a very rare cancer
it was Accute Mylinoid Leukemia
He died at 42
He receive all the cancer treatment
and want to live
but his time to go was there

Certainly uncommon.
Most types of cancer are rare at that age but this varies with the type of cancer.
Approximately 80% of cancers occur in people over the age of 50.

Rare-ish. The cancers you see in people in their 20's and 30's typically had family members who also got it that young, but that's not always a rule. Someone could have worked in construction around a lot of toxins from 18 to 38 and get diagnosed with something, but yeah, rare. You see most cancers in people who are in their late 40's and up.
