Where can you get a permanent fake toenail replacement after having one removed due to nail fungus ?

You don't need anything in your toe nails place. I have had mine removed. It takes awhile to grow back but it's just skin.

No you shouldn't. Removing the fake nail would be very pain full it may rip the skin under the nail. Also you could get an infection (if it hasn't healed) if you get a fake nail. Let the nail grow back, then get  fake nails if you want to.
