How can I edit 4k 60fps iphone videos on windows?

I need to edit a 4k 60fps video on my winpc but it does not have the codec for it. any suggestions?

You'll need to get a suitable codec!  If you've already got an editor you might be able to use a discreet codec, but if not you'll need to get an editor that includes one.  DaVinci Resolve is good (and free!!!) but it's got quite a steep learning curve if you're not familiar with NLEs.
