No exact answer since it depends on a couple of factors. Like how long will it take to defrost, would depends on how large it was to start with. And how well it was packaged, cryovac will last a day or two longer, less if just packaged in butchers paper and plastic wrap.

For an average roast sealed in plastic wrap from a grocery store, no more than one day after fully defrosted.
